Airport transfers are included on all the multi-day tours.
Are you able to cater to my diet on my trip?
If you have any specific diet requests, allergies or intolerances, provide details and we’ll do our best to cater to your individual needs. Please also discuss your dietary needs with the Guide at the start of the trip.
Is tipping compulsory?
Tipping is not compulsory. If you think our staffs have delivered an outstanding level of service throughout your trip, you may wish to tip them. Tipping is recommended, not mandatory.
What type of accommodation will be arranged for tourists?
We have a whole mix of accommodations, depending on the destination and the travel style you’ve chosen. You can stay in hotels, resorts, or other suitable accommodations. These can be 3/4/5 star accommodations.
Can I book extra nights of accommodation before or after my tour?
Yes, you can. You need to contact us.
What are the age restrictions on your tours?
To travel independently, you must be at least 18 years of age. There are no upper age limits for our tours. Travellers below 18 years must be accompanied by their parents or guardians.
Do your tours include international airfare?
No.
Can you help arrange my travel visas?
We will provide you with an invitation letter so that you can get a visa. You have to arrange visas by yourself.
Does anyone need travel insurance for travelling?
No, you don’t need travel insurance for travelling with us.
