1. Booking and Payment:
   1.1. To reserve a tour, a non-refundable deposit or full payment may be required, depending on the tour’s nature and duration. The payment details will be provided upon booking.
   1.2. Final payment must be made before the tour departure date. Failure to pay the balance may result in the cancellation of your booking.
2. Tour Modifications and Cancellations:
   2.1. Modhu Tours reserves the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel tours due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to weather conditions, natural disasters, political unrest, or insufficient bookings. In such cases, we will offer an alternative tour or provide a full/partial refund.
   2.2. If you decide to cancel your tour booking, the cancellation policy will apply at the time of booking. Please refer to the specific tour details for cancellation fees and deadlines.
3. Travel Insurance:
   3.1. Modhu Tours does not offer travel insurance or any kind of insurance related to travel for tourists. We strongly recommend that all participants obtain comprehensive travel insurance to cover trip cancellations, medical emergencies, baggage loss, and other unforeseen events by themselves.
   3.2. It is the responsibility of each traveler to ensure they possess adequate insurance coverage for the duration of their tour.
4. Health and Fitness:
   4.1. Some tours may involve physical activities, hikes, or other adventures. You must assess your fitness level and any health conditions before participating in the tour.
   4.2. Inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or dietary restrictions when booking the tour to help us better cater to your needs.
5. Liability and Responsibility:
   5.1. Modhu Tours will take all reasonable measures to provide a safe and enjoyable experience. However, we are not liable for any injury, loss, damage, accident, delay, or inconvenience caused during the tour, including those arising from third-party services.
   5.2. Participants are responsible for their belongings and should take necessary precautions to safeguard valuables during the tour.
6. Travel Documentation:
   6.1. It is the responsibility of each traveler to ensure they possess valid passports, visas, and any other required travel documents for the destinations included in the tour itinerary.
   6.2. Modhu Tours will not be held responsible for any issues arising from inadequate or incorrect travel documentation.
7. Conduct during the Tour:
   7.1. Participants are expected to follow all instructions given by the tour guides and comply with local laws and regulations during the tour.
   7.2. Modhu Tours reserves the right to remove any participant from the tour without a refund if their behavior is deemed disruptive, unsafe, or violates the terms of service.
8. Photography and Marketing:
   8.1. By participating in the tour, you consent to Modhu Tours using any photographs, videos, or testimonials taken during the trip for marketing and promotional purposes, without compensation.
9. Privacy Policy:

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction:
    10.1. These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangladesh.
